League Webring [Rules Page]

Ahh, I glad you've decided to join my ring, just click on the link below to add your site to the ring, but please read the rules first and save us both a lot of time.

Rules for The LEAGUE Webring:

1. These rule may change at any time, you will be informed of any change to the rules.

2. No profanity

3. You may not just copy the design/layout/etc. from any site in the ring for your page. I will decide what is copying & what is not. If I decide your site is "copied" I will ask you to delete the code. I do check.

4. Ask the owner for permission to use images unless you have A) seen it on multiple sites or B) if there is something indicating you may use the image such as "feel free to take these images".

5. The ringmaster reserves the right to deny any site's admission into The LEAGUE Webring due to not being a LEAGUE Site, violation of the The LEAGUE Webring rules, or other problems in your website. I will not keep your site out of the ring simply because I do not like you. However, if extreme rudeness is shown to me or other members of the ring or queue, that is reason for you not to be added into the ring. I may give second chances, though. You can ask for a second chance or I can decide to give you one.

6. If there are reasons why your site cannot be added into the ring at a certain time, the ringmaster will e-mail you and list the reason(s). You will then have an opportunity to make these changes. If you choose to make these changes, you will then be added into the ring. If you do not, then you will not be added into the ring.

7. It's your responibility to keep up your site imformation. If you follow this link, I will check out your site & notify you if it makes it to the ring. Below is the HTML fragment for the ring. Copy & paste it into your webpage wherever. Put it where ever you want to put it. Also you need to get the images that appear in the ring (most of you will right click on them, thank you Bill Gates) and save them in to your computer. Just because you have put the ring stuff in your page does not mean you are in the ring yet. I will have to put you in it. Changing the text color is ok if it would normally not show up on your page because of your background.

7. You must have the image(s) for the ring, either modified or using the orginal image(s).

8. You MUST have the code on your site & in proper order, otherwise your site will remain in the queue, until you have put the code and your ID # into the code and on your page.

9. DO NOT modify the code in any way except for the ring ID#, your email address and your name.

Note: Please be patient when adding your site. Sometimes there are reasons why I do not see your addition to the queue but they are beyond my control (ex. - Hotmail does not always instantly send messages from senders not using Hotmail [Microsoft strikes again] and I have Webring Management set to send a message when a site is entered to the queue).
